Pi Cube – Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in Pi Cube classes, students and parents agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Fees & Refund Policy
All fees paid to Pi Cube are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once enrolled, refunds will not be issued for missed or discontinued classes.
2. Class Attendance
Regular attendance is expected from all students. If a student misses a scheduled class, no refund will be provided for that session.
3. Class Rescheduling & Compensation
If a class is cancelled by Pi Cube due to unavoidable reasons, an alternate session will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
4. Carry Forward of Classes
Carry-forward or rescheduling of missed classes may be allowed only in special cases, subject to prior notice and approval by Pi Cube.
5. Discipline & Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behaviour during all online or offline sessions. Any disruptive behaviour may result in restricted access to classes.
6. Schedule & Faculty Changes
Pi Cube reserves the right to modify class schedules, teaching methods, or faculty assignments when necessary, in the best interest of academic quality.
7. Communication & Support
Parents and students are encouraged to communicate concerns directly with the Pi Cube team. Public misuse, misrepresentation, or inappropriate communication may lead to action.
8. Policy Updates
Pi Cube may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
